Payment Terms

Lucky Duckie Ltd T/A LD Wholesaling / Lucky Ducks operates on a strict pro forma payment model. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

This policy allows us to operate efficiently and avoid the additional administration, time, and cost involved in chasing outstanding invoices. By removing these costs from our business, we are able to keep product pricing competitive for all customers.

Pro Forma Payments

• All orders are supplied on a pro forma basis
• Payment must be received and cleared before goods are dispatched
• Orders will not be released without payment

Government & Public Sector Organizations

Government and public sector organizations are exempt from the pro forma model, as they operate established internal systems that ensure invoices are paid in line with agreed terms.

Legacy Net 30 Customers

Customers who were previously approved for Net 30 payment terms may continue on these terms at our discretion. Failure to pay invoices on or before the agreed due date will result in these terms being withdrawn, and all future orders will revert to pro forma payment.

Credit Requests & Conduct

Requests for credit outside of the terms outlined above will not be considered. Any abuse, pressure, or inappropriate behavior directed toward our team in relation to payment terms or credit requests may result in the removal of credit terms or suspension of supply to your business.
