Returns & Credit Policy – LD Wholesaling
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@ldwholesaling.com. Returns must be authorised in advance. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

🛠 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
To process a damaged item return:

Report must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the product and packaging

If a replacement is available, it will be shipped free of charge

If a replacement is not available, a credit note will be issued

A return label will only be provided for damaged/incorrect items
🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (e.g. personalised or made-to-order items)

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty or hygiene items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before ordering.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges must follow the standard return process. Once the original item is returned and accepted, a new order must be placed.

All exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer

LD Wholesaling does not cover return postage for exchanges

The customer is responsible for ensuring items arrive in good condition

For all exchanges, the return must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and the customer assumes full responsibility for the item until it is received and processed by our warehouse

Returned items must be received back into stock before any credit is applied

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on condition and packaging
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Returned goods must:
