At LD Wholesaling, we are committed to delivering your order promptly, safely, and cost-effectively, whether you’re based in Ireland, the UK, or further afield. If you need help with your delivery or have a specific shipping request, please contact us at info@ldwholesaling.com.
🇮🇪 Delivery within Ireland

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability and payment method (see “Payment & Dispatch Timelines” below).

All goods are shipped via An Post or selected courier partners, with tracking provided upon dispatch.

Standard shipping is free on orders over €300 (ex VAT) placed and paid for online. Orders under €300 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee.

Express shipping and palletised delivery options are available by request.
🇬🇧 UK Delivery

Orders to the UK are shipped with Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL, depending on order size and location.

Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days depending on stock availability and payment method (see “Payment & Dispatch Timelines” below).

A flat shipping rate applies, and free shipping is available on qualifying orders over €300 (ex VAT), when placed and paid for through the website.

Please note: UK customers may be liable for import VAT or customs duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
🌍 International Delivery

International shipping is available on a quote-by-quote basis depending on volume and destination.

Orders are typically shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with delivery timeframes between 7–14 working days.

Local duties and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the recipient.
💳 Payment & Dispatch Timelines

Card Payments: Orders paid by card will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days, subject to stock availability.

Bank Transfers: Orders paid by bank transfer may take up to 7 working days to dispatch, as we await cleared funds before processing.
📦 Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit where appropriate.
🔁 Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is incomplete or incorrect:

Notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

We’ll correct the issue as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Product Variation Notice
Many of our products are hand-crafted or made from natural materials. Minor variations in colour, shape, or finish may occur and are not considered defects. These are part of the unique nature of our collections.
